21 August 2010 To whom it may concern Letter of reference for Nikki Viljoen I first met Nikki Viljoen in 2008 at a networking event after which I had the privilege of attending her “Basic practical guide to starting a business” workshop.  Although I had already been in business for 3 years prior, I found Nikki’s workshop to be a practical overview of how I should effectively be running my business.  It was then that I realised where the pitfalls in my administrative practices were and Nikki gave me the knowledge and impetus to rectify these. After experiencing the value of Nikki’s workshop first hand, I requested her involvement in training up my newly appointed franchisees from March 2009.  To date, Nikki has trained 19 franchisees and continues to impart her practical knowledge which has laid the foundation for good business practice in my franchisees.  My franchisees have found Nikki to be accessible, knowledgeable and practical.  Their feedback has always been positive and they have found Nikki’s workshop to be most beneficial. The biggest asset of my company Equal Zeal® working with Viljoen Consulting is Nikki’s belief in building a relationship of trust and assistance.   Nikki never hesitates to be of assistance when called upon and is always able to respond to questions, give support and provide working documentation where necessary. I look forward to a continued working relationship with Viljoen Consulting as Nikki’s input into Equal Zeal® has been invaluable and I would not hesitate to recommend her. Yours Sincerely Zelna Lauwrens
